Service description

We provide online Invoicing services, accounting services, freight management services and various supplementary services.  The term our services include all the services we provide now or in the future.

Easymint reserves the right to modify, add, or discontinue any services, with reasonable notice provided to users, in line with our Terms of Service.

Access

You may connect to Easymint Services using any supported Internet browser. Access to the Internet and any other equipment needed to use Easymint software is your responsibility.

Users are responsible for maintaining the necessary software, hardware, and internet access to use Easymint Services. Easymint is not responsible for any disruptions or limitations caused by unsupported browsers or third-party software.

Terms and conditions modification

We may add or modify the Terms upon notice to you at any time. You will be notified of any such addition or modification by publishing the changes on the website. Your continued use of the Service after notice of any change to the Terms is considered to be your agreement to the amended Terms.

If you do not agree to the amended terms, you may terminate your subscription within 30 days of receiving notice of the changes, without penalty.

Ownership

We own the entire content of the Easymint software application. This includes rights in text design, compilation, trademarks, and look and feel of our services. It also includes rights in all copyrighted works, inventions, and other intellectual property.  You agree not to copy, distribute, modify or make derivative works of any of our content or use any of our intellectual property rights in any way not expressly permitted by us.

Subject to compliance with these terms, Easymint grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Easymint software solely for your internal business operations.

Use of the services and user roles

Subscriber: When you create a subscription and you accept these terms, you become a subscriber. If you’re the subscriber, you’re the one responsible for paying for the subscription. As a subscriber, you also take responsibility for fully controlling how your subscription is managed and who can access it and you are fully responsible for all invited users’ activity.

Subscribers and invited users are responsible for any misuse or unauthorized activity within their account. Easymint holds no liability for misuse arising from inadequate supervision or management by the subscriber.

Ιnvited user: An invited user is a person other than the subscriber who has been invited to use Easymint through a subscription. If you’re an invited user, you must also accept these terms to use our services.

Subscriber Obligations

Subscriber: When you create a subscription and you accept these terms, you become a subscriber.

Τhe Subscriber must  provide true, accurate and current information and keep all information including email address up to date.

Τhe Subscriber is responsible for  verifying the accuracy of any information that will be used from our services for legal, tax and compliance obligations. Is also responsible for protecting the username and password from getting stolen or misused.

In the event of providing false or inaccurate information, Easymint reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services without prior notice.

Subscription.

Subscribers or invited users, have the right to use the services for as long as the subscriber continues to pay for the subscription, until the subscription is terminated, or – in case of the invited user – until the access is revoked.

Pricing

Easymint services are provided in the form of a subscription for a specified duration, the value of which is paid in advance. Additionally, there is the option for automatic renewal of the subscription. There is also the possibility to upgrade the selected service plan. In this case, the current plan is canceled, and a new one will be created from the day of the upgrade, with the expiration date being that of the previous subscription and with a charge for the difference between the two “packages” for the remaining period until the current subscription expires. You can switch to a lower version after the expiration of the current subscription period.

In the event of subscription expiration and non-renewal, it will be suspended, during which access for the Registered User is not allowed. After a period of 6 months without subscription renewal, the data of the Registered User will be deleted, without any obligation for notification or warning.

Return Policy – Right of Withdrawal

The Registered User has the right to cancel their Subscription within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the purchase of EASYMINT.

The expiration of the above period without action automatically means that the Registered User has lost the right of withdrawal and explicitly waives this right. Similarly, the activation of the Subscription after a trial period automatically and without requiring the passage of the aforementioned fourteen (14) calendar days means that the Registered User expressly consents and unconditionally accepts the loss of the right of withdrawal and explicitly waives this right.

Easymint does not provide partial refunds for terminated or canceled services. Refunds will only be granted within 14 calendar days of the initial purchase, provided the user has not utilized the service.

Suspension and Termination

Easymint may suspend your subscriber or invited user account or disable access to whole or part of the services in the event of any suspected illegal activity, or requests by government agencies.

We will also terminate your user account on your request. Termination of user account will include denial of access to all Easymint Services, deletion of information in your user account such as your e-mail address and password and deletion of all data in your user account.

Illegal activities include, but are not limited to, fraud, hacking, spamming, and unauthorized access to other users’ accounts. Easymint reserves the right to investigate and report any suspected illegal activity to appropriate authorities.

Limitation of Liability

Easymint shall, in no event, be liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, special, or other loss or damage whatsoever or for loss of business profits, business interruption, computer failure, loss of business information, or other loss arising out of or caused by your use of or inability to use any of the Easymint Services, even if Easymint has been advised of the possibility of such damage.

While Easymint will endeavor to notify users of scheduled maintenance periods in advance, Easymint does not guarantee uninterrupted access to its services and shall not be liable for any service disruptions or data loss during such periods.
